With experience as a garden manager, Lucie Giselle Ponsford brings a wealth of knowledge to every project. New clients can request a no-obligation call to discuss their needs and explore garden design ideas. This is followed by a detailed, paid on-site consultation where we’ll carefully assess your garden’s layout in relation to your home, buildings, or boundaries. We’ll also look at any level changes and suggest improvements, additions, or removals to help enhance your existing plants or trees.

Our passionate team is always honing their skills to ensure your outdoor haven is everything you’ve dreamed of.
Founder of RHS award-winning Mimosa Design limited, Lucie has run the School of Horticulture at RHS Wisley, worked in estate gardens around the country and designed and installed hundreds of gardens across Bucks, Oxon and beyond. With her wealth of plant knowledge and a previous career in costume design, Lucie will bring out individual styles and tastes to suit each client’s character, creating a garden that will suit you and your family.
Our landscape Foreman. A Master tradesman and Lucie’s brother. Henry is a qualified tree surgeon, with electrical knowledge and an excellent eye for detail. His paving and timber work is of a craftsman standard, and he will bring the flare and finish to your garden installation.
Natalie is Mimosa’s Office Manager, Assistant Designer & Soft Landscaper. Though she is hands on planting out Mimosa designs, her primary focus is behind the scenes overseeing all things administrative and supporting the design process. Her expertise is home grown, fuelled by a love of nature, an inquisitive mind and an eye for detail. Her passion is helping us to help our clients.
Nicky is Mimosa’s Site Project Manager, Assistant Designer & Soft Landscaper. Behind the scenes and on site she keeps the ball rolling, ensuring everything is where it needs to be when it needs to be there. Her work ethic and energy is second to none; meeting every challenge with a can-do attitude that inspires us all.
Harry is Mimosa’s Deputy Construction Site Foreman and Lucie's partner at home. Harry excels in communicating and supporting the design and implementation of the landscaping team making sure projects run smoothly and efficiently. He is a skilled leader fostering teamwork and is passionate about the Mimosa business.
Seb is Mimosa’s Construction Technician. Seb is a motivational landscape technician who uplifts the team spirit and consistently delivers exceptional results. A dedicated professional with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Ray is responsible for our digital marketing and our educational videos helping communicate our green principals of educating and elevating sharing our knowledge on socials. He brings a dynamic customer focused approach helping us to share our unique qualities as a team and company.
